Narration (Age 7-9)
$200 - 90 minutes
As students progress beyond the Pre-Schematic Stage of artistic development, they start to view visual arts and representation as a means of communication. With improved motor coordination and longer attention span, students become more sophisticated in their artworks, depicting objects with greater realism in a more organized schematic space. This stage is therefore referred to as the Schematic Stage.
In this stage, students will further develop their artistic skills in a more individualistic and socially independent manner. By participating in group activities and projects, they will start to critically observe the differences in their artistic style compared to others, helping them create unique narratives that are relevant to themselves. This development is defined by an early understanding of realism, depth, space, and object placement.
